We felt immediately calm in our first consultations with Melissa. She is not only extremely skilled at what she does with designing homes but she has high levels of interpersonal skills as well. Melissa took the time to explain what building on a sloping block meant, about the building industry in general, and the first time we heard the phrase: "work with the land". Melissa is highly knowledgable, really knows her stuff about what works best, is non-judgemental so her clients can have an opinion (this is hard to find out there!). She is extremely patient but at the same time will tell you what she thinks so you have space to reflect and think about about it and then come back to her to discuss.
She has continued to be in contact, answer any questions that randomly popped up, and has been a god-send for us in our first home building experience. We will be forever grateful for her and would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone requiring her services. "

"Melissa Morgan has been a delight to deal with over the past 8 years at Altitude Estate Terranora. She is the best at drawing up a house plan to fit on most any block of land. She is always happy to help whenever needed and is quick and efficient to do so. She knows the building trade as good as anyone, so knows what is needed in any house build. She knows the regulations and requirements for most areas. I have personally used her to design my building plans and obtain Council and private certification (CDC) and she has done it in record time and with no fuss."
